A little about me…

My name is Ephraim, creator of Agape Homes; I have a beautiful wife and kids who are my pride and joy. Ask anyone who has known me long enough and they will testify that I am a huge coffee enthusiast and an even bigger enthusiast in helping people.

At a very young age, “family”, “honesty”, and “faith” have been my motivators on to how live my life and guide my family. These same pillars I hold true for the people I care about in my community.

I started out helping my family’s business in the funeral care industry. As you can imagine, I had first hand experience meeting families facing devastating losses and pain. Most of those families I met, were not only facing emotional struggles but, they were also facing financial dilemmas. I quickly learned empathy isn’t enough, in most cases, people also needed practical solutions to help.

While some people might find this to be a difficult industry to work in, I was able to discover a passion to help families to be free from financial burdens.

As time passed, I took all that I had learned and applied it into the real estate industry.

You probably might have guessed it, Agape Homes is family owned and operated, our team members are also families with the same compassion to help others. We are all local here in middle TN ready to help our community in any way we can.

Our mission is to free people from financial burdens from owning a property by providing an honest solution that is in their best interest.

Meet our Agape Homes Family…

At Agape Homes, we are a small family owned company growing to better help our community and families alike.

As our project manager, we have Johnathan and his wife. Their commitment to helping families and desire to grow motivated them to move out here to Tennessee to be a part of our team. They both are coffee enthusiast, like myself, and on their spare time enjoy discovering new hiking trails with their son and “furry-baby”.

Recently to join our team is our acquisition manager, Devin. I have enjoyed working with him as he has a way of connecting with people and passion in helping those around him. Devin enjoys spending time with his daughter and friends. On his spare time he enjoys dancing, traveling and athletics.
